PROPERLY MOTIVATE THE OPERATIONS STAFF;
FORMULATE AND IMPLEMENT STRATEGIES, PLANS AND PROCEDURES TO MEET THE GOALS AND OBJECTIVES
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any business related courses;
With 2-3 years experience in cooperative operation or in any related fields handling SUPERVISORY position;
Willing to work odd and long hours to produce results;
Willing to work with a MISSIONARY ZEAL
Works in a fast-paced office environment. Expected to travel customer locations on short notice of conduct negotiations. Occasional overtime may be necessary.
